Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and systems, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and strategies
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts inventory
- Train and mentor maintenance technicians on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and best practices
- Proficient in reading schematics and working with logic controllers
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Ability to fabricate or modify equipment as needed
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Solid understanding of maintenance management principles
- Familiarity with facilities management processes
- Knowledge of high voltage and low voltage systems is preferred
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
